捐款提醒

一、
非常感謝您的愛心捐款！
協會為了響應環保，減少紙張使用和碳排放，提供電子收據服務。
在您完成匯款後，請依照以下步驟提供您的資訊，我們將會將電子收據寄送給您：
資訊傳送：請將以下資訊通過電子郵件傳送至：receipt@apatw.org
1.匯款帳號末5碼
2.匯款至的帳戶（土地銀行/郵局）
3.您的收據姓名
4.身分證字號（僅在報稅需求時提供）
5.芳名錄姓名（如需徵信用）
收據寄送：我們將會以電子收據的方式寄送至您提供的電子郵件地址。
如果您需要紙本收據，可以自行下載並列印。

二、每筆捐款均會開立捐款收據，依所得稅法第十七條第一項第二款，捐款總額在綜合所得總額百分之二十以內可以列舉扣除。 

三、『捐款人姓名』與『捐款收據人』姓名可為不同人，前者登錄於『捐款芳名錄』，後者為開立捐贈收據(可扣抵所得稅)之用。

Donation Reminder:

1. Thank you very much for your kind donation!
In order to reduce the use of paper and carbon emissions, we offer e-receipts.
After you have made your remittance, please follow the steps below to provide us with your information and we will send you an e-receipt:
Information Transmission: Please send the following information by email to: receipt@apatw.org
1. The last 5 digits of the remittance account number
2. The account to which the funds were remitted (land bank/post office)
3. Your receipt name
4. ID number (only if required for tax filing)
5. Name in your name book (if credit is required)
Receipt delivery: We will send an electronic receipt to the e-mail address you provide.
If you need a paper receipt, you can download and print it yourself.

2.  All donations are tax-deductible. Donor list will be submitted to the National Tax Administration Office the following year. Please provide us with your national identity card number to this effect.

3. You will receive a donation receipt for your donation. In accordance with Article 18, Item 2 of the Income Tax Act: For the taxpayer, his (her) spouse and dependent(s), contributions and donations made to educational, cultural, public welfare or charitable organizations or associations in a total amount not in excess of 20% of the total amount of the gross consolidated income is deductible.

4. Donor's name on the donation receipt can be different from that shown in the donor list.
